Hair Retardant Serum

A topical serum to inhibit hair growth. Extracted from a naturally derived desert shrub, Larrea Divaricata, works on a follicular level. Hair Halt blocks DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) from converting to its active form, to inhibit hair growth and slow down cell growth rate.
