At TADLI and Skindividual, we value transparency and want to provide clear guidelines regarding refunds for device consumables and salon supplies.

  1. Order Processing and Dispatch:
    Orders are fulfilled 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday. Please allow a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and VIC public holidays) for us to process and dispatch your order, excluding backordered products. We make every effort to fulfil orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring that your products reach you as soon as possible.

  2. Postage and Shipping:
    We utilise flat-rates for postage, which applies to all products and pre-orders. Additional shipping payments may be required for bulk quantities of larger-sized supplies. Rest assured that we strive to keep shipping costs reasonable and transparent, and we appreciate your understanding in these cases.

  3. Transit Responsibility:
    While we take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe dispatch of your goods, TADLI & Skindividual cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. We recommend reviewing the condition of your package upon delivery and contacting the shipping carrier immediately in the event of any concerns or issues.

  4. Non-Refundable Device Consumables:
    Refunds are not applicable to device consumables, including HIFU and RF needling cartridges. Due to the nature of these products and their specific usage, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once these consumables have been purchased.

  5. Quality Assurance:
    We take pride in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 5 business days of delivery) if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  6. Compatibility and Usage:
    Before purchasing HIFU and RF needling cartridges, we encourage customers to review their device's compatibility and ensure they select the appropriate consumables for their specific device model. Our customer support team is available to assist you in selecting the correct consumables for your device to avoid any compatibility issues.

  7. Customer Support:
    If you have any concerns or questions regarding the performance or usage of our device consumables, please reach out to our customer support team. We are dedicated to providing assistance and resolving any issues you may encounter during your use of our products.​


Warranty: For any device-related concerns or issues, please refer to the device's warranty policy. The warranty coverage and terms may vary for devices and consumables. Our team will be happy to assist you in understanding the warranty specifics related to your device.

Returns and Exchanges:
Device consumables:
 While refunds are not applicable, if you have received a consumable product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards finding a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or exchange.
All other items:
 We have a 30-day return policy, please notify us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not damaged. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping when returning an item.
